I am trying to place an order for a Dell laptop computer online. However, I had few questions that I wanted to have clarified from the Dell sales rep. Looked up on Dell site to get the phone number to call. Called up several times today and I get this message every time -
“ the area you have called is now closed; please call again during our normal business hours ”
Well, I look up on Contact us page on Dell site for business hours. it shows,
Mon.-Sun.
7am – 11pm CST
It is saturday afternoon around 3 – 4pm in Pacific time. So I would assume they would be open until about 9PM PST. Anyways, it would have been very helpful if only, Dell had the “normal business hours” recorded in the same message as well. Now, I am confused to wait for few more minutes and try again or wait till tomorrow or wait till Monday (considering the week days).
It is amazing how the little things be corrected as part of the customer service…
