what made me see this funny was against the one who made this animated gif. image has running wheels and obviously it can’t be related to a cow unless it was represented as a horse. If it was still represented as a cow, I think it would be a body pictured for a motor cycle running on wheels (like a kawasaki motor cycle having such a chassis) — well, thats my interpretation
