Resize image tool on Vista?

Any idea if there is any resize image tool for Windows Vista OS?
No – i am not referring to open image in MSPaint and re-save; but like the one available here

  2. YES.
    find your photo file
    open with: MICROSOFT OFFICE PICTURE MANAGER
    at the top of this new window click Edit Pictures
    on the right side of this new windows is RESIZE
    completely customize the new size and save!

  3. thank you Guy. I wasn’t aware of that. I will take a look at the Picture Manager. Does it also help resizing multiple items at once?
